FAQ
What shops ask before ordering wholesale
What is the minimum wholesale order?
It depends on which coffee you order and how you want it ground and packed, so we do not publish a generic figure. Tell us your needs on LINE or by phone and we will give a clear answer for your shop.
What are your wholesale prices?
Prices depend on the beans, the volume per order and the pack size. Tell us the coffee you are interested in and how much you use, and we will quote for your business.
Can I taste samples before ordering?
Yes. We send samples to brew on your own equipment before you decide. For the quickest taste, order a retail bag from our shop page (Thai).
What is the difference between wholesale and OEM?
Wholesale means ordering our coffee to use in your shop. OEM means producing coffee in your own branded bags to resell. If you are not sure, start with wholesale and move to coffee OEM later.
Can you grind the coffee?
Yes. Choose whole bean or a grind for espresso machines, drip or Moka Pot.
Will every batch taste the same?
Once you approve the taste, we lock the roast profile and following batches are made from it. If a new crop tastes different, we always tell you first.
Do you deliver outside Bangkok?
Yes, we deliver across Thailand by courier. Shipping cost and schedule are agreed when we confirm the spec.
